The palate is fruity, well-balanced, beautifully defined and offers fullness, suavity, fat, a good definition as well as a good balance and a juicy/acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy pear, pulpy quenette, small notes of fleshy apple associated with touches of quince, kumquat as well as fine hints of apricot, lemon flowers, fine hints of vanilla, toasted and butter.
