The first nose is aromatic with some yellow apple and a touch of cream. The second nose is more aromatic with some peach and flowers. The mouth is fresh and has a little bitterness. We have appel, peach but also a nice buttery note. But it is dry with a nice minerality, a strong saltiness in the finish. It is a nice delicate wine.
