(AB) The nose is fresh, mineral with a nice touch of sea air. It expresses notes of medlar, mandarin and more slightly ripe/juicy citrus fruits associated with touches of medlar and salinity. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, good definition, juiciness, a little roundness/fine and coating fat, energy, a fine electric touch, harmony and a certain purity. It expresses notes of juicy/fresh medlar, citrus fruits (mandarin, lemon) associated with touches of fresh/bright yellow plum as well as fine hints almost pineapple, buttery/honeyed/toasted almond in the background. A pleasant salinity and a subtle hint almost tannic in the aromatic with a fine mellowness. Sincerity in this wine.
