The nose is fine, fresh, incisive and mineral. It reveals notes of flint, lime zest, lemon and fine notes of flowers associated with a discreet hint of salinity / iodine, crunchy apple, rancio as well as a a fine hint of oak and praline. The palate is fruity, round, well-balanced, racy, aerial, relatively fat, relatively gourmande and a bit incisive. The attack is frank. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of candied lemon, candied apple and fine notes of white flowers, mirabelle plum associated with a discreet touch of candied orange zest, minerality as well as discreet touches of spice. Good length and persistence with spices, fruit / citrus, caramel and a hint of gray pepper. The finish is gourmande.
