The first nose is aromatic with some oak aromas. We do have apple but also caramelised apple with vanilla and a hint of honey. The second nose has got a hint of peach. The mouth is fresh with some rose notes and a little bitterness at the attack. We do have a nice freshness and the bitterness which is light but lingering to the finish. The finish is powerful with notes of butter and cooked apple. It is long.
