The nose is fairly aromatic. It reveals notes of quince, candied orange zest and honey combined with fine notes of flowers as well as a discreet hint of pear compote, lemon and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well defined, supple and offers a beautiful acid frame (citrus), a good definition, suavity, roundness and freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, crystallized orange and pineapple associated with notes of Granny Smith apple and honey. Good length.
