Made from a single centenarian vineyard in Pyrgos, skin-fermented with wild yeast, 14 days of Maceration, and 10 months of aging on lees, this pale orange wine is not your usual Assyrtiko. The nose is very complex and aromatic with aromas of herbs, bergamot, chamomile, sweet spices, and very little, delicate orchard fruits. The palate is generous, full-bodied, characterized by richness and salinity. It shows a unique character and a terrific aftertaste.
