The nose is fruity and precise. It reveals notes of black cherry, Quetsche plum and slight notes of blackberry jam associated with small notes of Zan and a discreet touch of black tea. The palate is balanced, relatively fat and offers a beautiful matter, finesse, minerality and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, plum jam and slight notes of black cherry associated with touches of licorice, hints of toasted oak as well as discreet notes of sweet spices. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length and persistence with notes of dark chocolate and a hint of grilled / roasting.
