It reveals notes of bigarreau cherry, brioche wild blueberry, small notes of crushed cassis associated with small touches of cherry blossom, fine hints of spices, a very discreet hint of lavender and a very discreet hint of pepper/cocoa. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, a good purity of the fruit and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blueberry, bright bigarreau cherry, small notes of crushed blackberry associated with touches of wild strawberry, violet, lavender as well as a subtle hint of saffron, spices and a discreet hint of black pepper. Good length.
