Beautiful, fruity and flowery nose that offers precision, deepness as well as a certain concentration. It reveals notes of small blue fruits, crushed wild strawberry and small notes of blackcurrant associated with touches of fresh/bright small red fruits, fine hints of Bourbon vanilla as well as a delicate hint of local grove and an imperceptible hint of aromatic herbs (in the background). The palate is nicely structured, fresh, well-balanced and offers power in finesse, precision in its concentration, a certain freshness, a good definition, an acidulous structure as well as brightness of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, bright red berries and small notes of bright red plum associated with a touch of toasted tonka bean and Bourbon vanilla. Tannins are mellow. An imperceptible hint of noble varietal / sense of place (local biotope) in the background. A fine toasted hint on the persistence.
