Domaine Rolet Arbois Chardonnay 2022 – Arbois AOC

This wine has a light straw color, limpid and shiny. The nose is fresh, aromatic and smoky with notes of lemon as well as yellow apple. With air, it is always fresh and intense. We always have a very present smoky side with a little apple, butter, peach which appears gently as well as pepper. The palate is fresh, intense and pretty. We find the chardonnay with notes of yellow apple, melon but also juicy yellow peach. We perceive a little salinity in the mid-palate as well as a hint of bitterness. There are fine hints of lemon as well as light butter. The finish is saline, simple and clear.
