(100% Pinot Meunier) The nose is fruity, quite gourmand and relatively elegant. It reveals notes of apple, apricot and papaya combined with a touch of quenette, citrus as well as a slight note of leather, almond and biscuit (discreet). The palate is fruity, straight and offers a small tension, suavity and a certain elegance. The effervescence is very fine and dynamic. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, apple, quince and slight notes of pineapple associated with a touch of grape, quenette and honey. Good length.
