The nose is fruity and offers a small power as well as a small richness. It reveals notes of pear, quince and small notes of exotic fruits associated with fine touches of brioche, toasted bread as well as a subtle hint of nutmeg. The mouth is fruity, fresh and offers a fine freshness. The effervescence is fine and frank. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of quince, fresh/crunchy William pear and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with a fine hint of fresh lemon, lemon flowers as well as discreet hints of nutmeg/sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of saline minerality (in the background). Good length.
