The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a certain small intensity, an aerial side in its concentration as well as a fine spicy side. It reveals notes of wild cassis, black pepper and a small notes of sense of place/dry undergrowth associated with touches of quite ripe wild strawberries as well as hints of cornflowers, tonka bean and a discreet hint of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, precision, tension, a small fat as well as a small concentration. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fairly ripe wild raspberry, fairly ripe black berries and small notes of black plum associated with fine touches of olive, dry local soil (sense of place), mocha as well as with fine hints of toast and toasted almond. A nice work on the good bitters. Tannins are fine and supple. Suppleness, sapidity and gourmandize on the persistence.
