The nose is fruity, fresh, mineral and racy. It reveals notes of quite ripe wild blackberry, violet and small notes of small fleshy/juicy fruits associated with slight hints of pepper, rose as well as discreet hints of sense of place (local biotop). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, freshness, tension, gourmandize as well as a certain generosity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright raspberry and slight hints of bright plum, fresh/fleshy small blue fruits as well as hints of chocolate, toast and a subtle hint of salinity. Nice freshness, minerality and elegance.
