The nose is fresh and offers a certain power, a beautiful fruit as well as a fine peppery/spicy side. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, quite ripe black plum and small notes of Cubeb pepper associated with touches of fresh rosemary, a sense of place (local biotop) as well as hints of spices and a delicate hint of small wild berries. The palate is mineral and offers a nice freshness, juiciness, an acid frame, an aerial side in its fatness, a certain small tension as well as precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy purple plum, juicy/fresh blackberry and small notes of cornflowers associated with touches of berries, Cubeb pepper, a subtle hint of rosemary, toasted notes as well as a discreet hint of fresh strawberry and vanilla. A wine that reveals all the aerial complexity to those who know how to wait for it. Tannins are supple and racy.
