The nose is racy and offers a certain elegance. There are notes of fresh pepper, wild black berries and small notes of laurel berries associated with touches of sense of place (local biotop). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, an acid frame, minerality, energy, precision, a slightly tight/marked tannic frame as well as a beautiful shine/freshness of the fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy redcurrant, fresh/bright blackberry and slight notes of pepper associated with touches of cocoa/mocha as well as fine hints of aromatic herbs and a subtle toasted hint. Tannins are racy and finely mellow. Beautiful delicacy. Good length.
