The palate is dense and textured with elevated acidity, a light grip and delicate fruit sweetness. The wine reveals nuances of ripe pineapples as well as some canned ones, subtle notes of macchia, a hint of lemon zest and grapefruit pith. The flavours are persistent and linger long on the palate. The wine finishes clean and dry with a delicate bitter citrus note in the aftertaste.
