The nose is fruity, racy and offers a fine intensity/power. It reveals notes of wild berries, crunchy black cherry and small notes of cornflower associated with fine hints of Cuben pepper as well as discreet hints of grilled oak, cocoa and a discreet hint of spices/clove. The palate is fruity, well-balanced , well-built and offers juiciness, precision, a fine tension, a fine suavity, a small fleshiness, a crunchy/juicy fruit as well as a small gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of small berries, fleshy blackberry, fleshy/juicy small blue berries and small notes of plum associated with small touches of crunchy strawberry as well as discreet hints of liquorice stick, toasted and chocolate. Tannins are well-built. This wine should be decanted.
