The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose offers concentration and a beautiful fruity substance. It expresses notes of small juicy black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry), wild strawberry, morello cherry, red cherry jam and raspberry coulis, combined with notes of violet, lilac, dried rose, blackcurrant bud and dried mint, as well as a touch of limestone mineral in the background. The palate is fresh, tangy and fruity, with a salivating acidity, which is especially expressed on the finish. We find notes of red cherry (with a slight hint of fermentation), crushed raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, red currant, as well as floral touches of violet, lilac and a hint of blackcurrant leaf. The tannins are grippy and a little bitter. The finish is rather persistent, tangy and fruity.
