The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, a fine fat and a fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild raspberry, wild strawberry, small notes of copse/sense of the place associated with fine touches of blackcurrant as well as discreet hints of liquorice.
