The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose offers accuracy, concentration, density and freshness. The first nose expresses the aromas of green apple, white peach, lemon zest, crushed lemon, crunchy pineapple, as well as white flowers (acacia, orange blossom in the background). On the second nose, we find delicate spicy touches (nutmeg, a very slight hint of vanilla), bitter almond and toasted hazelnut, combined with a hint of flower honey and green hints. The palate is juicy, even fleshy: on the attack, it expresses notes of yellow peach, apricot, candied lemon peel, orange zest and flower honey. In the mid-palate, we find a good bitterness of grapefruit, a limestone mineral touch, as well as notes of white flowers (acacia, honeysuckle), a lactic touch of vanilla yogurt, honey and fresh almond. The finish is precise, juicy, with notes of green fruits (green apple, green plum), a herbaceous touch and a sharp acidity.
