The nose is elegant, fruity, racy and offers a beautiful intensity, finesse, power, suavity, a fine richness (but well balanced / built) as well as delicacy. It reveals notes of wild black berries and bay berries associated with small notes of black cherry, purple plum, hints of gray pepper, violet as well as discreet hints of grove and licorice stick. The palate is juicy, fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful suavity, a beautiful definition, a beautiful acidulous / juicy frame, tension, a beautiful guideline as well as a very beautiful finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, black plum and small notes of ripe wild cassis associated with small touches of wild strawberry, licorice, blueberry, acidulous/ripe red berries as well as slight hints of black tea and zan. Tannins are elegant. Good length and beautiful persistence. There is a very discreet hint of caramelization and dark chocolate on the persistence.
