(8 Years Old) The nose is fine, elegant, dry and finely powerful. It reveals notes of dry lemon and discreet notes of crystallized clementine associated with fine notes of quince, yellow plum as well as a hint of tarte Tatin, a fine note of caramel, molasses, discreet notes cardamom / vanilla and a discreet hint of blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, well-balanced, relatively fat and offers suavity, a good matter and a fine fresh frame. In the mouth this Rum expresses notes of yellow plum jam, fine notes of Zante currants purée and discreet notes of citrus (lemon, clementine) associated with slight notes of brown sugar caramel, a hint of tarte Tatin as well as discreet notes of cardamom, vanilla and tobacco. Good length.
