The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a small minerality, tension as well as a slight acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / ripe blackberry, juicy / ripe cassis and small notes of juicy / ripe wild red fruits associated with fine touches of liquorice, mocha as well as very discreet hints of cardamom and flowers. Tannins are slightly dry. There is a discreet hint of toasted / caramelized almond on the finish / persistence.
