The nose offers notes of cassis, crushed blackberry and more slightly bulb/iris associated withe fine hints of fresh berries, liquorice, and spices. The palate is juicy fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition as well as juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe balckberry/juicy, juicy cherry and juicy/crunchy wild berries associated with small hints of bulb/iris/lilac as well as subtle hints of spices, liquorice as well as very discreet hints of tonka bean, bitterness of the cocoa and roasting (in the background). Tannins are fines and bit firm.
