The nose is fresh and fruity. It reveals slight notes of flowers and crushed cassis associated with hints of crushed blackberry, elderberry as well as a discreet hint of licorice. The palate is fruity, mineral, juicy and well-balanced. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cassis/fresh/ripe wild berries and slight notes of wild raspberry associated with a hint of cherry as well as a discreet hint of flowers and licorice. Tannins are well-built, fine and ripe. Good length. There are slight notes of chocolate and a discreet hint of vanilla on the finish.
