The nose is fresh, fruity, aromatic and offers a small power / intensity. It reveals notes of dried orange and dried lemon associated with slight touches of dried apricot, flowers as well as a hint of white pepper and a discreet / imperceptible hint of nougatine / almond. The palate is fruity, mineral, delicate, elegant, well defined and offers a slight acid frame, a small freshness, precision, a good definition as well as straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon and candied orange associated with small notes of pear, dried zests of lemon, dried apricot as well as subtle hints of almond, pâtisseries and a subtle hint of Sental wood.
