The palate is fruity, gourmand, well-balanced and offers a beautiful delicacy / elegance, fat, suavity, a beautiful structure as well as straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, fleshy strawberry and small notes of cherry associated with touches of raspberry, subtle hints of caramelized oak, almond as well as a discreet hint of liquorice, dark chocolate and a subtle hint of Sichuan pepper on the finish. Tannins are very fine. Very beautiful persistence. There are a touch of dark chocolate, coffee and a hint of pepper on the persistence. A beautiful, straight and fine Porto.
