The nose is aromatic, fine and offers a slight power / intensity as well as elegance. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and wild berries associated with a touch of violet, Cuben pepper as well as a subtle toasted touch and Sental wood. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, a bit tight and offers a slight juiciness, a good definition, finesse as well as a small suavity. On the palate this Porto expresses notes of crushed blackberry and fleshy strawberry combined with slight touches of cassis jam, slight hints of raspberry, an imperceptible touch of orange as well as slight touches of chocolate and cardamom, almond, wood and an imperceptible hint of coffee. Tannins are very fine. Good persistence.
