The nose is fruity and offers finesse, elegance and deepness. The nose is revealed slowly, step by step. It reveals notes of kumquat, crystallized orange and small notes of dried citrus associated with small touches of rancio, crystallized lemon, crystallized yellow peach as well as discreet hints of tobacco, with a subtle hint of nougatine, an imperceptible hint of acacia flowers and pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers tension, a beautiful definition, precision as well as straightness as well as a good structure. On the palate, this Porto expresses notes of quince, crushed kumquat and small notes of candied yellow peach associated with touches of crystallized lemon as well as fine hints of nougatine, fresh hazelnut and a discreet hint of tobacco / rancio. A very fine touch of fresh walnuts and caramelization on the persistence.
