The wine has a pale lemon-yellow color. The nose is fragrant and floral. It expresses elegant notes of white flowers (acacia, apricot blossom, hawthorn, apple blossom), combined with tangy notes of citrus fruits (yellow lemon, lemon zest, red orange), crunchy stone fruits (apricot, white peach), as well as fine touches of fresh hazelnut, toasted brioche and vanilla in the background. On the palate, the wine is tasty, silky, with an oily texture. It expresses notes of juicy white peach, apricot, fresh pineapple, fresh lemon, lemon jam, a touch of toasted brioche, toasted hazelnut and vanilla, combined with subtle notes of white flowers (apple blossom, acacia) and fresh thyme. Nice length, on a delicate grapefruit acidity, more pronounced toasted notes and a salivating acidity.
