The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is aromatic and offers a gourmet and pure expression of fruit. We find notes of bigarreau cherry, red plum, raspberry, wild strawberry (even with a slight hint of jam), blueberry, cassis, as well as a touch of crushed mint, fresh rose and a delicate hint of liquorice in the background. The palate is gourmand, fruity and silky, finely peppery. It expresses notes of raspberry, dried red cherry, dried cranberries, crushed cassis, a light touch of black pepper, liquorice, fresh rose and a very delicate smoky side in the background. The finish is persistent, sapid, finely peppery and tangy. The tannins are velvety and melted.
