The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is juicy, pure and fruity. It expresses notes of red cherry, raspberry, crunchy strawberry, fresh red currant and cranberry, combined with a touch of crushed blackcurrant, blackcurrant leaf, as well as white pepper, licorice, smoke in the background and violet. The palate offers a fruity, juicy, even warm attack, with a smoky and toasted hint (toasted hazelnut). It also expresses flavors of red cherry (with a hint of roasted red cherry), ripe strawberry, blackcurrant, raspberry (even raspberry coulis), there is also a hint of nutmeg, liquorice and white pepper in the background. Tannins are silky, powdery and delicate.
