The wine has a bright lemon yellow color. The nose is fragrant, with expressive woody and milky notes, but integrated into the profile of the wine. It expresses the aromas of fresh butter, vanilla and fresh wood in the background, combined with notes of lemon yogurt and the freshness of citrus fruits and green fruits (green apple, green plum, yellow lemon, lime, grapefruit), with the distinguished minerality of limestone, as well as notes of honey and white flowers (acacia, apricot blossom, wild rose). The palate is savoury, gourmand, with notes of stone fruit (white peach, apricot), citrus (candied lemon, lemon zest, a touch of orange, grapefruit), a slight woodiness (fresh wood in the background), spiciness (nutmeg) and lactic touch of lemon yogurt. We also find a touch of honey and white flowers (acacia, apricot blossom, hawthorn). The finish is persistent, tangy and slightly toasted. A wine that still requires time to integrate the wood.
