The nose is slightly gourmand. It reveals notes of crushed pear and vanilla / butter associated with touches of fresh apple, fresh citrus (lemon, mandarin) as well as a subtle hint of juicy physalis and a subtle toasted hint. The mouth is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine juicy frame, minerality, a beautiful freshness, roundness as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy pear, vanilla and butter combined with touches of vine peach, juicy physalis and small hints of citrus. Good length. There are an imperceptible touch of butter and an imperceptible touch of toasted almond on the aftertaste.
