The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a fine suavity, a fine straightness and a good structure. The effervescence is relatively fine. On the palate this wine expresses fine notes of redcurrant, citrus and small notes of yellow peach combined with a hint of blackberry, apple, raspberry as well as a subtle hint of quenette.
