The nose is flowery and liquorice. It reveals notes of violets/flowers, quite ripe cassis and small notes of small black berries associated with touches of liquorice stick, crushed strawberry as well as hints of vanilla essence and a discreet hint of sage. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, a juicy/fresh frame, roundness and fat. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, pulpy/tangy raspberry and small notes of crushed berries associated with touches of fresh flowers, fresh blond tobacco as well as fine hints of liquorice stick and vanilla essence. A lot of wood.
