The wine has a beautiful straw color. The mousse is discreet. The first nose is fresh and fruity with discreet notes of fresh hazelnut and dried tomato. The second nose opens with more intensity with a racy minerality. There is tension and notes of lemon zest and almond. The palate is fresh with lively bubbles, energy and a vibrant side. There is a slight roundness on the attack with notes of fine morello cherry, discreet blackberry and juicy blueberry. There is a nice hint of violet. There is good invigorating acidity. The finish is clean, salivating with a note of juicy blueberry.
