The nose is fresh, mineral and reveals some crystalline quality. There are notes of quince, lemon and, to a lesser extent, fresh flat peach, combined with hints of fresh, crisp yellow fruit, a subtle hint of apple blossom and a very discreet hint of saffron (on the floral side) and spices. The palate is mineral, crystalline, balanced, saline, sapid and offers a fine volume, an acidic backbone, a certain tension, a good definition as well as a discreet almost tannic touch. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of lemon, quince and small notes of crunchy peach, combined with touches of dried zest, as well as a subtle hint of pineapple and discreet hints of sweet spices. A nice sapid and fresh persistence. A very discreet chewiness on the finish
