The wine has a beautiful golden straw color, clear and bright. The first nose is fresh and fruity with a beautiful, racy minerality. There are fruits such as mashed banana, apple, and fresh, juicy white fig. There are touches of toast, fresh, browned butter. There is an imperceptible freshness of sap. The second nose opens with more intensity. It is balanced with a hint of salt and still notes of dried and fresh fruits. The palate is fresh, fruity, and mineral. There is good work on the lees with energy. There is a hint of pretty bitterness in the mid-palate and still a refreshing salinity. There are notes of fresh apricot, juicy peach, and apple. The finish is fresh with a sapidity and a very nice note of apricot, savory, olive, and dried rosemary. The finish is long. It is a gastronomic wine with a pleasant buttery note.
