The nose is a bit reserved. It expresses notes of fresh pineapple, green apple, green pear, lime, lemon yougurt as well as candied lemon peel. On the palate, the wine offers a high acidity, citrusy notes of bitter orange, grapefruit, bergamot, dried thyme and mint. The finish is salivating and expresses a good bitterness and a slight minerality (limestone).
