A lovely fruity nose, precise, austere in juiciness, aromatic depth, a maceration side, brilliance/shine of the fruit. It expresses notes of bright blackberry, bright cassis and small notes of bright redcurrant, associated with fine touches of camphor, graphite as well as fine pints of cornflower and an almost Punjabi pepper hint. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, fresh, mineral, balanced, harmonious, with a nice shine and definition, freshness, an iodized minerality. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy/pulpy cassis and small notes of bright raspberry, associated with touches of ripe/bright berries as well as hints of salinity/iodized, star anise/zan, bright bigarreau cherry, racy minerality and a subtle hint of sweet spices. Good length, a side of incense and cocoa in the background. Depth, nice iodized softness on the finish.
