It reveals notes of lemon, zests and small notes of fresh quince associated with small touches of fresh peach as well as very fine hints of small yellow fruits and a very discreet hint of butter/hazelnut. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy frame, a good definition, gourmandize as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain, definition, a very discreet saline hint (in the background) and a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon, quince and small notes of small yellow fruits associated with small touches of crushed Williams pear, white flowers/honeysuckle as well as very discreet hints of chestnut tree/beeswax. Good length. A discreet almost tannic sensation on the finish/persistence.
