The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, precise, beautifully built and offers a beautiful definition, an acidulous frame, elegance, a beautiful gourmandize, a very fine unctuosity, straightness, a beautiful freshness as well as a beautiful tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes f juicy/ripe lemon, juicy/ripe kumquat and small notes of litchee associated with small touches of juicy green apple, subtle hints of crushed apple, exotic fruits (litchee, pineapple) as well as very discreet hints of toasted/butter and an imperceptible hint of chestnut. Beautiful persistence on freshness, acidulous and fruit. After a small work in the glasse and in the mouth, an imperceptible bourguignon accent appears. A very beautiful wine !
