The nose is fruity, fresh, airy, precise, deep, with a lovely purity and a chiselled side. It reveals notes of blackberry and boysenberry, pulpy cassis, a little elegant darkness, notes of cassis, small brilliant black berries, associated with touches of brilliant cherry, licorice stick, as well as discreet hints of Madagascar pepper, a very discreet hint of spices, cumin and a very discreet hint of black tea. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, juicy, elegant, racy, with a crystalline, graphene side, gourmandise, an tangy frame, taut, full of energy, with a fine restrained side. It expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, brilliant raspberry and small notes of brilliant small black fruits, associated with touches of graphene, cocoa, as well as hints of toasted, tobacco and a subtle hint of chocolate. Good length and persistence. A hint of cocoa. A wine well-built and acidulous.
