The nose is mineral with a little smokiness. We do perceive some fruits like apple and pineapple. The second nose is more aromatic. Very clean and clear with crystalline aromas of peach and apple. The mouth is fresh with a nice acidity. The mouth feel is quite silky with low alcohol and aromas of green fruits and peach. The acidity hits in the finish with a salivating and salty touch. We do have nice green apple and peach aromas.
