It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and Sichuan pepper associated with small touches of red berries, spices, racy minerality as well as very discreet hints of violet. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, a bit powdery and offers a beautiful definition as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, cassis and small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of fleshy / juicy raspberry as well as hints of juicy red berries, juicy blueberry, chocolate, caramelization and sweet spices. Tannins are fine, elegant and very slightly chewy. Good length. There are very discreet hints of almond on the persistence.
