The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and wood combined with slight touches of coffee / toasted touches and touches of crushed wild strawberry and fleshy berries. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a finemineral frame, juiciness, a good definition as well as density. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy / crushed cassis, cherry and hints of raspberry associated with slight notes of liquorice, discreet / slight touches of flowers as well as a toasted hint and a very discreet hint of vanilla. Tannins are fine as well as slightly firm and dusty. Good length.
