The nose is aromatic, intense with some umami feel (like meat juice) but also lemon and a nice petroleum touch. With air, the second nose opens with more petroleum and more green fruits like green apple. The mouth is fresh and fruity with green vibes. We do have white peach but also green apple. The acidity brings a little astringency to the finish and even a little bitterness. It is a nice wine with a fine finish on white flowers.
